Description

Contractor s Question and Answers: The following is a special notice to answer question s and clarify the SOW: Can you clarify whether the requirements of this contract are to only test/certify the hoods and cabinets or is the contractor expected to actually perform repairs? - The contractor is responsible for any maintenance of the Hoods and Cabinets if needed. In the case the Hoods need any maintenance the POC will arrange with the contractor to arrange date for maintenance Is a non-New York resident required to possess a New York Driver s license as stated in the solicitation, or is a license from their state of origin acceptable. Transportation will only include either operation of a personal vehicle by the consultant or a rental car. - The SOW does not state a NY driver's license, it states that a Driver 's license is needed and that the contractor shall abide to all NY Harbor traffic laws. The solicitation does states that the contractor shall provide all certifications and licenses for their respective trades in accordance with city, county, state or federal requirements. ALL OTHER SOLICITATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME.
