- Combined Solicitation and Synopsis Terms and Conditions (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for FA4686-18-A-0005. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95, effective 13 January 2017, DPN 20170113, effective 13 January 2017, AFAC 2017-1003, effective 03 October 2017. (iv) This is a full and open competition quotation request for additions to an existing multiple-award BPA for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 which has a $32.5M small business standard. Tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. (v) The United States Air Force, 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale AFB, California, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement In Accordance With (IAW) the below the requirement description. See below for the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure for a full list of items, quantities, and units of measure.
