- Scope of Work THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY! The U.S Army Corps of Engineers - Philadelphia District has a requirement for a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order for DQM Monitoring System Recertifcation and Operation and Dredging Endangered Specie System (ODESS). The major scope of work includes the inspection, repair, calibratation and recertification of the Dredging Quality Management (DQM) system onboard the Dredge McFARLAND and to be present for testing of the system by USACE DQM personnel for renewal of the Dredge's DQM certificate. The procurement, configuration and installation an Operations and Dredging Endangered Species System (ODESS) on the Dredge McFARLAND. All work is to be perfomed on the Dredge MCFARLND, which is currently docked at the Fort Mifflin Project Office Philadelphia, PA.
