The PDAC contractor shall carry out these activities in a manner consistent with the foundational values that drive CMS's administration of the Medicare program - including being predictable and transparent in our consideration of innovative medical technology. The Contractor shall facilitate, coordinate, and support activities among various Medicare contractors with DMEPOS-related responsibilities (e.g., DME Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), Zone Program Integrity Contractors (ZPICs), the National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC), Unified Program Integrity Contractors (UPICs), etc.) as well as other agencies (at the federal and state levels of government) and other stakeholders.
