Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice. This notice is NOT a Request for Quote or an Invitation for Bid. The sole reason for this notice is to notify potential offerors that the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), West Palm Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a firm fixed price type contract. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the service and or provide the deliverables described in the Statement of Work. This project includes AIDET On-Site Training to All Staff Using a Patient Centered Communication Frame work. This requirement is being solicited as a total service disable veteran owned small business set aside and only qualified sellers may submit quotes. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes will be solicited under solicitation number 36C24818Q0260. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. The anticipated solicitation release date is February 08, 2018 and the close date shall be approximately 10 days thereafter. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The website is www.sam.gov
