Description

Performance Work Statement COMBO ***This Solicitation has been amended to extend the response date and change the acquisition to full and open competition.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the formats in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8125-18-Q-0025 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333515. The size standard is 500 employees. The proposed acquisition is full and open competition. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the Test, Teardown, Evaluation (TT&E) and Repair of a Starrag Heckert Horizontal Machining Center.
