- Description
- The Raymond G. Murphy New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System hereinafter (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico is announcing the requirement for Base Year and Four Option Years Contract from businesses that can provide Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician Services, minimum 1.05 Full Time Employee Equivalent (FTEE) and maximum of 3.15 FTEE. The Contractor shall provide continuous delivery of Pulmonary/Critical Care physician services for eligible Veterans enrolled with the NMVAHCS, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the forthcoming solicitation, on behalf of the NMVAHCS, 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87108. Contract will be for a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity. While this requirement does not have an on-call component, it is in support of the NMVAHCS Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) which requires 24/7/365 coverage. Pre-solicitation Synopsis this procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The Principle NAICS Code is 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists). The size standard is $11 Million. The PSC is Q521 Medical - Pulmonary. The RFP Number is 36C25818R0027. The RFP will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about February 14, 2018 with proposals due on or about April 2, 2018. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. A question period will be opened at time of solicitation posting and will close 15 days after solicitation posting. Questions must be submitted in writing. Answers will be provided via amendment after question period closing. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of contract. Comments should be forwarded to POC listed below.
