- This is a special notice that the Government intends to negotiate with one source, ADS Inc., for the provision of Restricted ASO, ANA Uniform Trim kits Coat, Trousers, and Fabric Yard against their GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract. The award shall be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that shall not exceed fours (4) years or $50,000,000.00, whichever comes first. The manufacturer of these uniform trim kits is ADS Inc. A Limited Source Justification will be posted to FedBizOpps within (14) days of the BPA's award.
