- AMENDMENT 6 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. This request does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Furthermore, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Not responding to this request does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the FedBizOpps website. It is the responsibility of the potential responders to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The Government solicits industry feedback on the following: 1. What is the percentage that your company will utilize for Small Business Concerns? 2. If the Government decides to utilize Firm Fixed Price (FFP) as the contract type for the engineering manufacturing development (EMD) phase would your company still be interested? 3. If the Government decides to utilize Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) as the contract type for the EMD phase does your company have an approved accounting system? 4. Does your company have a local DCMA representative available? Responses to the RFI are due by 6 February 2018 at 3:00 pm Central Standard Time. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted by e-mail to the following Contracting Officers', Stephen Palmer, stephen.palmer@us.af.mil and Kristen Carter, kristen.carter@us.af.mil. Verbal questions will not be accepted. Questions shall not contain any proprietary information.
