- Attachment 3 - Pricing Template Attachment 2 - Continuing Contract Performance During a Pandemic Influenza or other National Emergency Attachment 1 - USCP Request for Check of Criminal History Records RFP180007 - Air Balancing Architect of the Capitol (AOC) will contract with a certified testing, adjusting, and balancing contractor ('TAB Agency') for installation, testing, adjusting, and balancing of the HVAC systems located within the House Office Buildings. In addition to installation, repairs and maintenance may be necessary. Repair and maintenance service visits may be scheduled, but will primarily occur on an as needed basis.
