- Appendix B - Service Level Agreements Appendix A - Performance Requirements Summary Draft BPA Call USCA18BPAC1006 - IT Service Management Enterprise Support Volume III - PPS CM Business and Technical Matrix Volume I - PPS Case Management Platform Requirements Draft BPA Call USCA18BPAC1005 - PACTS Replacement Attachment C - PPS Applications Attachment B - CMSO and AO Methodology Attachment A - CMSO BPA Pricing Sheet Solicitation USCA18R0069 The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) is seeking industry feedback and input on our draft solicitation USCA18R0069 and supporting documents. The general scope of this requirement is for a contractor to provide support for numerous IT applications and systems managed by our Case Management Systems Office (CMSO). This request is a follow-on to a similar request issued in May 2017. We have included additional requirements and are seeking further industry feedback. The draft documents include the following: 1) Solicitation USCA18R0069 - This document provides the general scope, terms and conditions, instructions, and evaluation factors. Supporting files related to this document are: a) Attachment A - CMSO BPA Pricing Sheet b) Attachment B - CMSO and AO Methodology c) Attachment C - PPS Applications 2) BPA Call USCA18PAC1005 - This is a draft BPA call for a replacement solution for our Probation and Pretrial Automated Case Tracking System (PACTS). Supporting files referenced in this BPA call are: a) Volume I - PPS Case Management Platform Requirements b) Volume II - PPS Case Management - Wave One c) Volume II - PPS Case Management - Wave Two d) Volume II - PPS Case Management - Wave Three e) Volume III - PPS-CM Business and Technical Matrix NOTE: The Volume II Wave documents are not posted here as there is information we presently do not want to publicize. If your organization intends to provide feedback for this draft RFP, please email the contracting officer who will then provide those documents to you. 3) BPA Call USCA18PAC1006 - This is a draft BPA call for ongoing IT support related to CMSO's PACTS applications. The supporting files referenced in this BPA call and provided as a separate attachment are: a) Appendix A - Performance Requirements Summary b) Appendix B - Service Level Agreements The AOUSC would like feedback to know: 1) Are the scope and requirements of this solicitation clearly stated? Are any aspects of this draft RFP unclear or ambiguous? Please provide any details. 2) Are there any aspects of the solicitation and/or BPA calls requiring further elaboration or clarity that would help you in developing technical and pricing proposals? 3) Is there any technical, business, or functional requirement we have not considered or need to factor into our requirement? 4) Specifically, on Attachment A CMSO BPA Pricing Sheet, can your organization provide pricing based on the structure shown on the "Case Management Platform" tab? If not, please provide feedback on another pricing model we can consider. Your feedback is not limited to these questions. We welcome suggestions and recommendations you may have to assist us with continued development of this requirement. CMSO Draft RFP Instructions 1) Please submit your responses to Manish Patel at manish_patel@ao.uscourts.gov by 12PM EST on February 21, 2018. 2) Please provide your responses in a Microsoft Word document and clearly indicate which section of the draft RFP your comment relates to. 3) The AOUSC will not publicly post your feedback. We will use the information for internal purposes only to assist us further with requirements development. NOTE: This is NOT a formal request for proposal. Please do not submit technical and price proposals. Any responses to this request will not eliminate you from consideration in any final solicitation that may result. Release of a final RFP is not yet determined.
