- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for an Ecolgical Survey of Rare, Threatened, and Endangered Species at North Hartland Lake, Hartland, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to conduct rare, threatened and endangered (RTE) species (mammal, bird, reptile, invertebrate and vegetation) surveys on approximately 1460 acres at North Hartland Lake. Maps and reports shall be submitted for all inventory work and analysis. This solicitation will be available on or about 16 Feb 2018. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
