- Notice of Contract Award Contract No. FA4890-18-C-0009 Solicitation No. FA4890-16-R-0040 Headquarters Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC) has awarded the above contract for the Weapons School Aircres Training and Courseware Development requirement. Award was made to Crew Training International, 9198 Crestwyn Hill Dr. Memphis, TN 38125 on 1 February 2018 and the total overall evaluated price is $15,747,338. Eight proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price contract with Cost Reimbursable Line Items, for services to be performed at Nellis AFB, NV. There is a 2 month phase-in period that will be funded with FY18 O&M funds. The base period of performance will be funded with FY18 O&M funds as they are made available. The four, one year option periods (as each option is exercised), will be funded with O&M funds as they are made available IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. The contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria as outlined in Section 7 of the solicitation.
