- Statement of Work Hurlbert Field, FL intends to set up a BPA for the maintenance and repair of PRC-152 radios. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, tools, labor, personnel, transportation, supervision, and management necessary to perform professional maintenance of PRC-152 radios and their accessories owned by the 19th Special Operations Squadron, at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The contractor will receive, document, diagnose, repair, and return any PRC-152 radios returned for service. In your response, please provide your company CAGE code and indicate that your firm is capable of performing these services as laid out in the attached Statement of Work.
