- Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Governments expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Monday 05 February 2018. The solicitation number will be W15KN18Q1038. Procurement Description : The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new construction requirement for Entranceway Replacement on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) in Lodi, NJ. The period of performance will be completion within 30 calendar days from the date of which the Notice to Proceed is sent. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price contract awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Description of Work : Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this Scope of Work (SOW) which includes removal of old security linear and installation of new security linear along with interior door magnet and associated door release paraphernalia, removal of existing aluminum entranceway and doors and furnish and install two pairs (4 total) medium stile doors and frames with adjacent sidelights equipped with panic bars and concealed vertical rods and butt hinges.
