- Attachment 3 - Price Book for Bird Deterrent System. Industry questions in reference to solicitation W912CM-18-Q-0003 W912CM-18-Q-0003-0001 The purpose of this amendment W912CM-18-Q-0003-0001 is to: a. Extend the date for receipt of offerors from 8 February 2018 at 1100 CET Germany to 23 February 2018 at 1100 CET Germany. b. Revise Attachment 3 Price Book. c. Revise the extended description of CLIN 1002 to correct a typo. d. Update the "Ship To" address in Block 15. e. Provide answers to questions received from industry. f. Add FAR Clause 52.211-6 "Brand name or Equal". All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The original solicitation was inadvertently given the wrong FY number. W912M-17-Q-0003 is corrected to be W912CM-18-Q-0003. The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a firm fixed priced contract to provide bird deterrent services with a period of performance for 12 months plus two (2) 12 month option starting on or about 30 March 2018. The presolicitation notice was issued on 10 January 2018. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) W912CM-18-Q-0003 will be issue on or about 10 January 2018. Respond by Date: 08 February at 1100 CET Germany. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to the Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website www.FedBizOpps.gov. IMPORTANT: Bidders/Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at the time of submission of Offers.
