Sources Sought Pkg THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, MDC Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of Administrative Assistant Services for the Health Services Department as prescribed in the description of duties listed below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110 (Size Standard: $7.5 Million). The contractor will serve as an Administrative Assistant at the Metropolitan Detention Center at Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The services will be performed at the Metropolitan Detention Center, Health Services Department located at comer of Road 165 and 28, Front of Plaza Provision Corp. Guaynabo, Puerto Rico 00965. The contractor will normally work, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays), normally between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:00 pm. A session will equal one (1) hour. The facility is expected to require an average of 40 sessions per week. The schedule shall not exceed forty (40) hours per week. A session is defined as a one (1) hour. Each contractor's visit will normally consist of eight (8) sessions. Sessions will normally be on a weekly schedule, not to exceed 1920 sessions per year. A 30 - 60 minute non-paid lunch break is to be coordinated with the administration based on workload and schedule. Sessions may be adjusted to meet the needs of the medical department as determined by the Health Services Administrator. The schedule is subject to change based on the variable needs of the institution and the unpredictable nature of the correctional environment. Upon agreement, any changes to the schedule must be coordinated with the COR assigned under the contract. The contractor must provide a replacement if the individual performing the service is not available. See the attached Statement of Work for more details. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Survey Questionnaire will be available on or about February 1, 2018, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market survey is March 1, 2018. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the market survey will be accepted. All responses to the Market Survey Questionnaire may be submitted in hard copy to U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, U. S.
