- Pre-Solicitation Notice : Funds are not currently available for this requirement. The Government currently plans to issue solicitation number FA4613-18-R-0003, Repair Underground Electric at Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs)/Launch Facilities (LFs), for F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This acquisition is a Total Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a size standard of $15 million. This acquisition is to have a Contractor be responsible for furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, material, and other items and services necessary for performing all operations required to furnish and install complete replacement of all of the service conductors, along with the associated above ground service panels, weatherheads, and masts as well as transfer switches topside in 5 MAFs and 50 LFs, for F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The contractor shall replace these requirements in strict accordance with the specifications, applicable drawings, other attachments, and the terms and conditions of the contract. The statement of magnitude for this acquisition is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The contractor shall abide by all local, state, and federal EPA guidelines and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy, all contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, to be eligible to receive an award. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 08 March 2018 and will be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) at https://www.fbo.gov. This solicitation will be available via internet only, meaning solicitation documents will not be available by any other means.
