- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE---------------------------------------------------------------- A solicitation for landscaping and non-construction site improvement services at various water drafting sites in the Shasta-McCloud Ranger Station near McCloud, California will be posted to this notice within 14 days of this synopsis. Expected start date is MAY 7, 2018. This procurement is set aside 100% to at least small businesses and may be further set aside at time of solicitation. Award determination will be made based on both price and non-price factors. Any amendments, Q&A documents and notice of award will be made to this notice on FBO. Advance notice of award will not be made to any entity except the Awarded Contractor.
