- Description
- The Government anticipates increasing the scope of contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017, under which Raytheon Company - 350 Lowell Street Andover, Massachusetts, Cage Code 05716 is the sole-source provider. The current contract is a nine-year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole-source basis for support of Depot Level Repairable (DLR) and consumable spare parts that are associated with Raytheon manufactured systems and/or system components as well as sole-source engineering services and repair services associated with those systems. The contract is a nine-year IDIQ contract with a six year base period followed by a three year option period. The current estimated value of this contract is $495.6M, based on the nine-year contract duration. The Government intends to amend the ceiling value of this contract from $495.6 million to $2 billion to provide ceiling for all upcoming Patriot requirements inclusive of the Performance Based Logistics effort as well as the supplies and services previously covered by this contract.
