- Solicitation for NSN: 1560-01-523-1615/0069984702, AIRCRAFT TIP, Rohr, Inc. DBA Goodrich (CAGE 51563), Part # 515-4000-501. The only approved sources for this item Rohr Inc.. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. The solicitation issue date will be on or around February 21, 2018 with a close date of on or around March 23, 2018 for a quantity of 17 each. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 270 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Configuration control applies and Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or around February 21, 20018 and the anticipated closing date is on or around March 23, 2018.
