- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosves intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Bruker AXS, Inc. of Madison, WI for the purchase of a premium maintenance plan for the D8 Advance X-Ray Diffractometer system for the Forensic Science Laboratory - San Francisco, CA. The period of performance for this requirement is February 17, 2018 - February 16, 2019 with four 12-month option periods, if exercised. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
