- NSN 1095-01-125-8493, Chamber Assembly, Cartridge. This material is being procured in accordance with Cage 09245 P/N 1534AS310, Cage 072E5 P/N 1534AS310, Cage 32067 P/N 1534AS310, Cage 4AAQ0 P/N 1534AS310, Cage 58078 P/N 1534AS310 or Cage 05DN8 P/N 1534AS310. The required quantity is 2064 each with 50% option to be shipped to DODACC (SW3122) DLA Distribution Jacksonville, FL. This item requires a Government First Article Test. The required delivery of Government First Article is due in 180 days from date of award, Review of First Article is 135 days for Government review/approval and delivery of production quantity after First Article Test approval is 375 days for a total of 690 days. This item requires Government Production Lot Testing (GPLT). The PLT test items are due within 45 days, review of PLT is 45 days and the PLT delivery is concurrent with production. The total required delivery is 690 days. FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with the commercial item with 15 days of this notice.
