- SSESNG-17-R-0109 Sources Sought This is a Request for Information (RFI) for sources sought request for SSESNG-17-R-0109 Software Engineering Center (SEC) ASSB Branch. The purpose of this RFI is to receive a proposed Performance Work Statement (PWS) and a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) based on the information provided within this notice. The response Date of 80:00 Am, Monday, February 12, 2018 has been established. This is not a solicitation. Future solicitation will be competed under number SSESNG-17-R-0109 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth under the Software and Systems Engineering Services Next Generation (SSES-NexGen) Multiple award IDIQ Basic Contract. PWS submittal to this RFI shall be directed via email to Charles Wilson, Contract Specialist at charles.l.wilson88.civ@mail.mil, Anh Pena, Contracting Officer at Anh.h.Pena.civ@mail.mil and the US Army ACC NexGen mailbox at usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.sses-nexgen@mail.mil. All correspondence must reference Solicitation Number SSESNG-17-R-0109 (PWS and QASP Submittal). **NOTE: This RFI is restricted to Prime NexGen contractors/offerors only. If you are a company not on the NexGen contract and plan to subcontract with a NexGen Prime, your questions and proposals must be submitted through that NexGen Prime.
