- NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO: Prolifics, Inc., 5 Hanover Square, Suite 2001, New York, NY 10004 Posted Date: February 6th, 2018 at 09:00 AM (MST) Procurement Office: The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) Response Due Date: February 9th, 2018 by 3:00 PM (MST) NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Department of Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) intends to award a sole source contract which supports Quicktime Time & Attendance System software Panther framework to Prolifics. This contract will establish contract support for the following: -Panther JEE AppSvrEng license renewals -Panther JEE WebAppBkr license renewals -Panther JEE Client renewals DOI/IBC/AQD will procure the following products in support of the FPPS software application: 60 ea. Panther JEE AppSvrEng license renewals, 60 ea. Panther JEE WebAppBkr license renewals, and 3 ea. Panther JEE Client renewals. The proposed procurement is for services/products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 with a size standard of $27,500,000. The acquisition is conducted under the procedures as described in FAR Part 13.501(a), Sole Source (including brand name) acquisitions, and FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the abovementioned services/products may submit a response to this notice (by the response due date shown above) to Oksana_Rollins@ibc.doi.gov and Okpemitoritse_U_Onuwaje@ibc.doi.gov. The information provided shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
