- Other Than Full and Open Competition. This Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Gearbox Assembly, AI for NSN 1680-01-450-6900; Critical Safety Item; Approved Sources Lockheed Martin CAGE 81755 P/N 16VM005001-2, MOOG Inc CAGE P/N 2740014-2-1, Curtiss-Wright Controls CAGE 0AHP5; Estimated Annual Quantity of 107 each; the required delivery is 318 days; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 28 FEBRUARY 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
