This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, reference number W91236180006, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items (Reference Class Deviation 2018-O0010 - P e r m a n e n t Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5.) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued.
