Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, will be issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction to renovate the floor finishes in Building 331 at Menlo Park Division, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025-2539. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to remove finishes, repair substrates, and replace finishes as noted in the scope of work and design specifications. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about Feb 15, 2018. Bidders will be required to submit bids with divisional breakdown. Solicitation will contain bidding instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025-2539. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents. The estimated project cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
