Description
Request For Information for interested parties to complete and submit to the POCs referenced at Notice FA8224-18-R-0033 CCF Registration Form to be completed by vendors interested in participating in the Site Visit and Q&A Session Detailed overview of the Chemical Cleaning Facility requirement; as of 2/12/2018 This is a Sources Sought to determine potential sources and elicit feedback from industry regarding the effort identified as Chemical Cleaning Facility (CCF). This notice shall not commit the Government to issue a solicitation, nor to award a contract. Responses submitted by interested parties will not be considered a proposal and the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by contractors responding to this notice. Copies of submitted information may be reproduced for government review. The United States Air Force at Ogden Air Logistics Complex is conducting market research seeking capable sources to design, remove, and install a new CCF supporting the safe cleaning of parts for the A-10, C-17, C-130, C-5, F-15, F-16, F-22, and F-35. The CCF will also require an enclosure which integrates into the existing building structure. Please reference the Sources Sought Description for additional details. Interested parties are requested to submit responses to the Request For Information (RFI) #1. Responses should be sent via email to the primary contact; please courtesy copy the secondary contact. The Government is planning to conduct site visits and Q&A feedback sessions from 20-22 March 2018. Interested parties should contact both of the following individuals to schedule a tour time: Clayton.Archuleta@us.af.mil and Travis.Dean@us.af.mil. Tours will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure tour time requests include a completed CCF Registration Form. Individuals participating in the site visit shall have personal protection equipment (PPE) to include safety glasses, steel-toed shoes or slip-on shoe covers, and ear protection. The Government will not provide any PPE. Based upon the amount of industry interest, tour times may need to be combined in order to accommodate all parties.
