- ATTACHMENT 3 - Relevant Experience Questionairre Amendment 1 - SF-30 The intent of this solicitation is to award a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for wildlife services to be performed for the USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests in South Carolina for all National Forests in SC. The contractor will perform various wildlife services per the Statement of Work that will be posted with the solicitation, 12467018R0032, found on www.fbo.gov. These services include but are not inclusive of mowing, mastication, fertilizing, herbicide treatments, gate installations, and disking. The resultant blanket purchase agreement will be for a base plus four option years. The period of performance for the base will be 15 March 2018, or date of award, whichever is latest, through 14 March 2019. The intent is to award mulitiple BPAs from this solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about 5 February 2018. The solicitaiton has been posted. The proposal due date has changed from 2 March 2018 to 8 March 2018.
