- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Hazardous Waste (Otto Fuel II) Transportation and Disposal Services in support of Joint Base Pearl Harbor (JBPH), Honolulu, Oahu, HI and the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands, Kauai, HI. A modified base year will cover JBPH only from 1 May 2018 or date of award, whichever is later, through 19 March 2019, with four (4) each one-year option periods running from 20 March to 19 March of the following year. Optional service for PMRF will start in year 2, with a potential for four (4) each one-year option periods, running from 20 March to 19 March of the following year. For JBPH, annual services are estimated at 8500 gallons of liquid waste stored in 550-gallon intermediate bulk containers, and 180 each 55-gallon drums of solid waste, plus transportation and demurrage costs. For PMRF, annual services are estimated at 60 each 55-gallon drums of liquid waste and 20 each 55-gallon drums of solid waste, plus transportation and demurrage costs. Disposal facilities and transporters used by any contractor or subcontractor must be on the current Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services Qualified Lists located here: http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/DispositionServices/Hazardous/QF.pdf http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/DispositionServices/Hazardous/QT.pdf The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334515 and has a size standard of 562211 and has a size standard of $38.5 million. The solicitation, N0025318Q0096, is anticipated to be issued on or about 2 March 2018 as an unrestricted, commercial requirement under FAR Part 13.5. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to the closing date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offeror non-responsive and result in rejection of same.
