Description
AMENDMENT 0002: The suspension for this solicitation has been lifted and is hereby re-established. See original post for requirement information. Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at, sherrie.files@faa.gov by 5:00 p.m. CST on February 16, 2018 to allow for adequate response time. No questions will be allowed after that date and time. Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CST, February 23, 2018. Must be submitted electronically to sherrie.files@faa.gov. All submittals will need to allow sufficient time to process through security procedures in place at the Aeronautical Center. AMENDMENT 0001: The solicitation is hereby suspended indefinitely and will be re-established at a later date. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Boeing B-747 400 General Aviation (GA) Systems Training for Airworthiness (Maintenance / Avionics) Inspectors employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract, priced by CLIN for each student per class for a one (1) year base period with two (2), option years if exercised. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE, ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER, CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR and supporting document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR documents(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Sherrie Files, Contracting Officer (AAQ-812), via e-mail at sherrie.files@faa.gov. Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at, sherrie.files@faa.gov by 5:00 p.m. CST on December 18, 2017 to allow for adequate response time. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. The SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
