- Procurement to establish a base and four option year contract for Armored Car Services to transport government funds from Yosemite National Park, Mariposa County, to Fresno, California. AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION. This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement issued for the purpose of providing vendors answers to questions submitted. QUESTION 1: In the Scope of Work it states "Pick up deposit shipments Tuesday and Thursday October through April." Would it be acceptable to provide services on Monday and Wednesday for the October through April? ANSWER 1: Yes, if Tuesday and Thursday does not work for vendor then Monday and Wednesday will work. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged. DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park (YOSE), has a requirement for armored car services, primarily picking-up funds and transporting to a financial institution. Services will be conducted on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays during the months of May through September and Tuesday and Thursdays during the months of October through April. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, personnel, materials, supplies, and transportation needed to provide armored car services to safely and securely transfer funds. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. A base year purchase order with four (4) option years is contemplated. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will include one base line item covering services (April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019), and four option line items covering services from a April through March during successive years (if exercised) through March 2023. On the right-hand side, is the list of documents posted, showing the SF-1449 solicitation form and all attachments. All attachments are listed in section J of this Request for Quote. QUOTE DUE DATE. Quotations must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Friday, March 2, 2018. All quotes shall be emailed to Liset_Gomez@nps.gov. The Government has the right to cancel this solicitation.
