This is sole sourced SDVOSB to Memcor, Inc. with a surge requirement (AMWR - 2EA). A Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
