- Metals Analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometry In Accordance With The Performance Work Statement (ANALYSIS OF FISH TISSUE SAMPLES(Small Mouth Bass)) The U.S. Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center, National Fish Health Research Laboratory requires metals analysis for 46 fish skin and 20 fish testes (Small Mouth Bass) by Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometry. Eight metals will be specified. The period of performance will be 02/20/2018 thru 03/22/2018. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this Request for Quotes. Quotes are due on February 16, 2018 at 12:01pm ES. The services for this requirement are under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541990; Size Standard: $15,000,000.00. This notice, the RFQ and any other information related to this procurement will be posted on, or about February 1, 2018. Amendment 0001 was posted on 02/05/2018. Amendment 0002 was posted on 02/07/2018. Amendment 0002 dissolves the small business set aside. Please review the amendment for all changes. Amendment 0003 was posted on 02/12/2018. Amendment 0003 extends the quote due date, updates the period of performance, and updates the anticipated award date. Please review the amendment for all changes. All quotes must be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov. Quotes submitted through FEDConnect will not be accepted. The anticipated date of award is February 16, 2018.
