Description

NICOLET TGA-IR MODULE and Accessories. Be advised: Only accepting offers with FULL TRACEABILITY to the OEM. This information will be verified before any award is made. All warranties must remain the same with no exceptions. Solicitation N00421-18-Q-0157 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for NICOLET TGA-IR MODULE and Accessories in accordance with the specifications provided in section B, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Thermo Electron North America is the OEM and only known company that can furnish the products. Thermo Electron POC: Mike Panella (mike.pannella@thermofisher.com) Be advised: Only accepting offers with FULL TRACEABILITY to the OEM. This information will be verified before any award is made. All warranties must remain the same with no exceptions Although requirement is NOT set-aside for small business; REASONABLE offers from small business owners will be the priority for consideration. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal due to unreasonable cost is solely within the discretion of the Government. ***Basis for Award*** Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factor. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
