- SOLICITATION SPMYM118Q0038 (REQUEST FOR QUOTE) The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Price, sole source requirement to procure Leslie Valve, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to be delivered to the NNSY, Portsmouth, VA. Leslie Controls, Inc., CAGE Code 35795, is the OEM and only acceptable manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332919 (Other Metal Valve and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing). There are seventy-six (76) contract line items described as Valve Parts Kits consisting of Leslie Valve parts. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is SPMYM118Q0038. Quotes are due by 8:30 AM EST, 26 FEBRUARY 2018, and may be emailed to the attention of Theodore Nigro at theodore.nigro@dla.mil.
