Description

Attached is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of Jaquith brand or equal Non-Frangible Towers (Jaquith part number LR2700NF) and Top Caps (Jaquith part number L-2906), per attached drawings. The items will be shipped to Houma, LA and Gwinn, MI (see schedule for quantities and shipping locations). This RFQ is restricted to Small Businesses. You must be registered as a Small Business in the System for Award (SAM.gov) database to be considered for award. All responses shall be in accordance with the attached RFQ, Terms and Conditions and all attachments. All responses are to be made by email no later than Friday, February 23, 2018 (5:00 p.m. Central Time - Oklahoma Time) to: Christopher.ekadis@faa.gov Please include �RFQ 6973GH-18-Q-00022 RESPONSE: Non Frangible Towers � in the subject line of your email. Information provided will not be released however please mark PROPRIETARY on all your documents submitted as necessary. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the FAA will arise as a result of submission of responses to this posting and the FAA �s use of such information. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order be awarded based upon responses received for this effort.
