- Purchase Specification Sources Sought Information The purpose of this requirement is for the manufacturing of tooling required to test flight control units on the dynamic test stand for use at Hill AFB a male spline will be provided as Government Furnished Property and returned to the Government upon completion of the contract. The drawings are coded restricted and so a DD FORM 2345 title, "Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement." Will be required for release of the drawings.
