- Statement of Work The Library of Congress, FEDLINK, intends to award a sole-source contract to Information Today, Inc. to provide annual conference support and the opportunity for FEDLINK members to attend the 2018 Computers in Libraries conference and exhibition sponsered by InformationToday. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a proposal no later than 4:30PM, Eastern Time, Wednesday, February 21, 2018, that demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached statement of work.
