Description

This RFI is not a request for proposal, a request for quotation, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in this RFI. Respondents will not be reimbursed for responses to this RFI. Responses should be received by 1:00 PM eastern time on 23 February 2018. This RFI is being conducted to gather information on services that could potentially provide adequate support for the Government's requirement. This RFI should not be construed as the USAF communication a preference for a solution to any requirement. It is the intent of this program office to continue to gather market research data as needed to meet operational requirements based on available commercial service solutions. This will be accomplished by issuing additional RFIs, if necessary. HQ Air University is interested in reviewing responses from vendor5s that can accomplish the task on the Statement of Work. Specifically, this RFI is intended to investigate vendors have an in-depth understanding and comprehensive working knowledge of interactive satellite television network, Air Technology Network, and the Medical Interagency Satellite. Vendors should be able to come onboard without familiarization training. HQ Air University is interested on how the statement of work will be implemented. Please provide a summary of your experience and knowledge with the items listed in paragraph three, and in the statement of work. Also, review the Statement of Work and provide feedback of alternative solutions, if any. Additionally, vendors should provide any evaluation reports to further support their capabilities and effectiveness. All responses should be unclassified and reviewed to ensure consideration of operational sensitivities. Proprietary information will be accepted and handled appropriately. Responders should indicate which portions of their responses and proprietary and should mark them accordingly. All correspondence and technical questions related to this matter should be emailed to: Kyle.Matranga@us.af.mil Phone: 937-656-7377
