- This pertains to the Manufacture and Supply of two (2) Air Compressors and related components IAW the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, at Little Goose Dam, Dayton, Washington. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333912 and the associated small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement. The solicitation will be a Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with the Technical Specifications. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) soon detailing requirements for Air Compressors. This information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Conducting business with the Government: In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the Contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All offerors must be registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submission of a quote, the Contractor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation.
