- Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Truestone, LLC on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to refurbish and return to "A" condition four (4) Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) (AM-7317A/SSR), one (1) RF Splitter (MX-11673/USQ), four (4) AS-2815/SSR-1 antennas, one (1) AN/USQ-122A(V) Data Terminal Set and one (1) TD-1063A/SSR-1 in support of HSFB for Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government has a sole source justification so no need to provide a quote. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. However, if you believe your company can provide the service, please include the following information on your quote: Tax ID Number; Cage Code; POC e-mail address. The Government will accept proposals via email at: Victoria.Franklin@navy.mil and are due by 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, 26 February 2018. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information can be found at https://wawf.eb.mil. Vendor training is available on the internet at https://wawftraining.eb.mil. If you are not registered, your quote may be refused.
