- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following Quantity 1 ViaSat's Amalgamated Remote Management System (ARMS) in accordance with FAR PART 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to: ViaSat, 6155 El Camino Real, CA 92009 due to connects to multiple remote terminals tied together on an Ethernet network to obtain data on all RF transmissions and receptions at each site. ARMS provide coordinated network analysis from multiple viewpoints in order to verify the RF participants are acting in accordance with the network design. This notice is not intent for request for Quote, however, any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N6893618Q0102 ViaSat's Amalgamated Remote Management System (ARMS) may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
