- This is a presolicitation notice to distribute electrical power services from Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association's (PVREA) pole to multiple locations in the area. Work located at the Table Mountain field site 8600 N. 39th Street, Longmont, CO 80503-9050. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238910. The small business size standard is $15.0M. Performance period is estimated to be complete no later than April 30, 2018. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on February 26, 2018 and quotes are due by March 9, 2018 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
