Description

The VA intends to procure, via sole source with Medivators Inc, for service and maintenance on four (4) government-owned Medivators Flexible Scope Disinfectors iaw the SOW at located at the Wilkes Barre VAMC. The anticipated POP is 03/06/2018-03/05/2019 with four, one year option periods at the Wilkes Barre VA located at 1111 East End Blvd Wilkes Barre, PA. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 811219.   The size standard is $19.0 M. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit information about their capabilities no later than 5:00 AM EST, 03/02/2018.   All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.   No solicitation will be made available. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, april.stanch@va.gov.     Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, Contracting Department will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Medivators, Inc.
