Description

Sole Source J & A This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure Systems Tool Kit (STK) Expert Edition and TIREM (Terrain Integrated Rough Earth Model) Extension Maintenance (STKEXPERT-UGR-D, AVTR-UGR-D, STKTIREM6-UGR-D, UProp-UGR-D, PCO32-UGR-ES, PCO16-UGR-ES) in support of Ooperations Analysis Directorate, Quantico, Virginia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above products and services to the firm of Analytical Graphics, Inc. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement will be for one year. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
