- ACE Template VLC Brief OTA Brief G5 Brief ACE Industry Day Briefs The Purpose of Amendment 0004 is to post the ACE Industry Days event U.S. Government briefing slides (also including the Vertical Lift Consortium non-USG briefing) and the notice is extended for 30 days from 23 February 2018 to 26 March 2018 as previously stated in the notice for Industry question submittal. The Point of Contact for all questions is Mr. Wayne Strickland, wayne.k.strickland4.civ@mail.mil. The Vertical Lift Consortium briefing was presented at the ACE Industry Days event as an example of an existing Other Transaction Authority (OTA) vehicle for the purpose of demonstrating the potential OTA has for expediting teaming and procurement award lead time. This is not to be construed as any endorsement of this entity by the U.S. Government. U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal executes innovative OTA vehicles for its customers.
