- Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement to procure a precision weapon repairman's tool kit. This will be a brand name or equal to Brownells tools. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 332994. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13. A Best Value determination will be made based on lowest price, which has been determined to be technically acceptable.The contract award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation, (M00264-18-Q-0029) will be posted on or about March 6, 2018 and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) via System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
