- Maintenance Cycle #18-05 incorporates language changes for ONLY the Misc. Heavy Equipment solicitation template to include the Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee in the calculations for DPL ranking in paragraph D.6.2(c)as follows: (c) Within each small business program category, priority will be given according to the price offered for the type of resource. Mileage will not be considered in the ranking. Priority will be based on a combination of the daily rate plus the transport minimum daily guarantee offered, with the lowest price being ranked highest on the dispatch list: (1) Feller Bunchers: Daily Rate + Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee (2) Mulchers/Masticators - Boom Mounted: Daily Rate + Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee (3) Strip Mulchers/Masticators: Daily Rate + Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee (4) Road Graders: Daily Rate + Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee (5) Skidders: Daily Rate + Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee NOTE: There are no changes in the Vendor Application. Vendors were already required to submit quotes for the Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee Rate for Misc. Heavy Equipment solicitations.
